We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within India are:

5–8 business days for most locations.
Up to 10 business days for Jammu & Kashmir, North East India, and other remote areas.
In rare situations, delivery may take up to 2 weeks due to product availability, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via your registered email address.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at seiplixshop@gmail.com with your Order ID.

The courier partner is selected based on your delivery PIN code and service availability.

Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking status shows your order as Delivered, but you have not received it:

Please check with your family members, neighbours, security personnel, or office reception/mailroom.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at seiplixshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

We will immediately investigate the issue with our courier partner. The investigation may take up to 10 business days. If the shipment is confirmed as lost or misdelivered, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.

Please note that claims reported after 48 hours of the delivery notification may not be accepted, as courier partners may be unable to investigate older deliveries.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment. Any promotional free shipping offers will also be shown at checkout.
